This 14,600 sf small animal/equine practice provides completely separate medical wings joined by a common administrative connection, forming the unified facility.  The 5 exam small animal wing occupies approximately 5,000 sf, while the 5 equine wing occupies around 7,500 sf.  The remaining 2,100 sf is the administrative connection with doctor and technician offices, business offices/reception space, and lounge/rest room areas.

The 5 exam small animal hospital has 4-treatment tables, 2 surgeries, dental room, radiology, glass enclosed ICU and a large shared lab.

The equine wing contains 2 large treatment rooms with stocks separated by a radiology nook.  The surgery suite contains 2 induction/recovery rooms adjacent to the Surgery Room, each flanking a centralized Surgical Preparation room.  Six conventional stalls, 2 mare/foal stalls, and 1 isolation stall and a farrier/wash bay stall are provided in the conditional housing area.  An indoor garage for 4 mobile units is provided adjacent to the spacious pharmacy/make-up room.
